Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is at 12 noon. If you are landing early, we can usually arrange an early check-in for a small fee — tell us your flight time when you book.
Airport transfers
Pickup or drop-off at Bandaranaike International Airport can be arranged for LKR 3,500. Someone is on the property 24 hours, so a late arrival is never a problem.
Meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are cooked to order and charged separately — just let us know in advance. You are welcome to use the kitchen yourself; gas and electricity are added to your bill.
The villa
Guests have the run of the house, including the living and dining areas and the garden. Wi-Fi is free throughout, there is parking for four vehicles, and rooms are cleaned daily.
House rules
Children of any age are welcome, and so are visitors. Smoking is fine out in the garden, and you are welcome to bring a drink. We are not able to host pets. Please bring a passport or ID for check-in.
Booking and payment
No deposit is needed to hold a confirmed booking, and we accept cash or bank transfer. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable, so do tell us early if your plans change.
