What we collect when you get in touch, why we keep it, and how to ask us to remove it.
01
What we collect
Only what you enter yourself. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we do not take payment details here.
- Booking requests: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the room and dates you want, how many guests are coming, and any special requests you write.
- Messages: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your subject line, and your message.
02
Why we use it
To reply to you, check availability for your dates, arrange your stay, and keep a record of the request. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell or trade them.
03
Who can see it
The people at Villa Aviora who handle bookings and enquiries. Your details also pass through the email provider that delivers our notifications and the company that hosts this website, which store the data on our behalf.
04
Cookies
This site sets two cookies: a session cookie and a security token that protects our forms from misuse. Both are needed for the booking and contact forms to work. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
05
Services this site loads
Our pages pull typefaces from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. Loading those files shares your IP address and basic browser information with those providers, in the same way visiting any website does. They are not given anything you type into our forms.
06
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to answer your enquiry, host your stay, and keep an ordinary business record afterwards. If you would like your details removed sooner, email us and we will delete them unless we are required to keep them.
07
Your choices
Write to us at hello@villaaviora.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct something that is wrong, or to have it deleted. We will confirm once it is done.
08
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, but no transfer over the internet is ever completely secure. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or identity documents through the forms on this site.
09
Changes to this policy
If how we handle your details changes, we will update this page and the date shown alongside it.
