A request, not a reservation

Sending the booking form tells us you would like a room on those dates. It does not hold the room and it is not a confirmed reservation. We review each request by hand and reply with availability. Your stay is confirmed only when we say so in writing.

The details you give us

Please give us a name and contact details we can actually reach you on, and dates you intend to keep. The number of guests on a booking cannot exceed the capacity listed for that room, and we may not be able to accommodate extra guests who arrive unannounced.

Rates and payment

Rates are not published on this site and no payment is taken through it. We confirm the rate for your dates, what it includes, and how to pay in writing before your stay begins.

Changes and cancellations

Plans change. Tell us as early as you can and we will do what we reasonably can to help. The cancellation and change terms for your stay are the ones we set out in writing when we confirm your booking, and those terms take precedence over this page.

If we ever have to cancel a confirmed stay, we will tell you as soon as we know and refund anything you have paid for it.

Staying with us

We ask guests to treat the villa, its neighbours, and each other with care. The person named on the booking is responsible for everyone in their party, including any damage beyond ordinary wear. We may end a stay early if the property or other guests are put at risk.

What is on this site

Room descriptions, sizes, and photographs are here to give you an honest impression of the villa, and photographs may not show the exact room you are given. Availability shown here is indicative until we confirm it. Where we find a mistake, we correct it.

The text, layout, and photography on this site belong to Villa Aviora or are used with permission. Please do not republish them as your own.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
